More Images from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic US Lawmakers

Site layouts for the financier's personal tropical island included in the photographs.

Furthermore included in this new photograph drop appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.

Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and includes a legend identifying distinct areas of the estate.

Alongside this are what seem to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for dock shelters.

Further documentation made public as part of the current investigative process.
